ISTEL 3000 is the official partner of the Slovenian company Kontron in Ukraine and the exclusive distributor of ELPA d.o.o.

ISTEL 3000 has been recognized as the exclusive partner of Kontron in Ukraine for the supply of telecommunication systems under the ISKRATEL brand, as well as for providing service, warranty and post-warranty maintenance, repair, and other technical support for the company’s equipment and software. Since July 2023, Kontron has been the new name of the company formed through the merger of the Slovenian firms S&T and Iskratel, with its headquarters remaining in Kranj, Slovenia.
ELPA d.o.o. is a leading Slovenian manufacturer of innovative friction and noise control systems for railway infrastructure, recognized with international awards and certifications (UIC, European Eco-Product Award). Its technologies have been implemented in Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria and other European countries.
Since August 2025, ISTEL 3000 has been the exclusive distributor of ELPA in Ukraine, Georgia and in Kyrgyzstan offering customers patented solutions to reduce noise, friction, and wear in wheel–rail systems (WONROS®, CL-E1®, I-ROCK®, DBM® BREMEX ANNSYS®). These technologies extend the service life of infrastructure while ensuring environmental sustainability and efficiency in urban and railway transport.
