On January 28, 2026, the trademark was entered into the State Register of Certificates of Ukraine for Trademarks. The certificate was issued in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Rights to Marks for Goods and Services,” confirming that the rights holder has been granted the exclusive right to use the ISKRATEL brand within the territory of Ukraine.
The registration grants ISTEL 3000 the exclusive right to use the ISKRATEL trademark in Ukraine within the specified classes of the International Classification of Goods and Services. This means that any use of the ISKRATEL brand by third parties without the authorization of the rights holder is unlawful.
For state-owned enterprises, telecommunications operators, critical infrastructure facilities, and corporate clients, trademark registration is of strategic importance. In particular:
