ISTEL 3000 employs highly qualified engineers certified to work with ISKRATEL branded equipment. We offer a comprehensive range of services to support both ISKRATEL software and hardware, including:

  • Troubleshooting consultations for equipment

  • Technical inquiries regarding the equipment

  • Assistance and advice on installed equipment

  • Consultations for addressing abnormal or unstable software operation

  • Technical inquiries regarding software equipment, configuration, and operation

  • Fault resolution and recommendations to prevent similar faults in the future

  • Provision of temporary solutions to address problems requiring software adjustments or equipment replacement



Emergency Support:

Emergency support service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is designed to address serious issues related to system operation or significant obstacles to access that may impact revenue and service provision to end-users.

The primary goal of the emergency support service is to promptly address system issues.
